This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the leadership relationship owner for designated industries and key enterprise clients.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with executive decision-makers in procurement, transportation, operations, engineering, finance, and supply chain.
• Facilitate Executive Business Reviews, strategic planning meetings, and long-term account strategies.
• Advocate for customer priorities within Evans while ensuring alignment with Evans' strategic goals.
• Create and implement multi-year strategic account plans aimed at revenue enhancement, retention, profitability, and solution growth.
• Discover opportunities to broaden Evans' services across various business units, facilities, and transportation methods.
• Direct enterprise-level contract strategies, commercial negotiations, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate efforts among Sales, Operations, Pricing, Carrier Development, Carrier Procurement, Claims, Technology, Billing, Finance, and Commercial Strategy teams to achieve common customer objectives.
• Identify new revenue-generating opportunities and formulate strategies to enhance wallet share.
• Analyze competitive threats and market trends to develop proactive growth strategies.
• Assist in facility launches, capital projects, and expansion efforts.
• Promote operational consistency and continuous improvement within customer programs.
• Track KPIs, service metrics, claims performance, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Oversee executive-level resolution of operational issues and customer escalations.
• Manage financial performance, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, revenue, gross profit, and cost-to-serve for the assigned industry segment.
• Collaborate with the VP of Strategy & Operations on division-wide initiatives.
• Disseminate customer insights and best practices throughout the Strategic Solutions Division.
• Mentor internal teams on customer strategy, industry trends, and specialized logistics solutions.
• 8–12 years of progressive leadership experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise account management.
• Proven success in managing relationships with Fortune 500 or other large strategic clients.
• Strong grasp of commercial strategy, operations, finance, and relationship management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Outstanding executive communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Background in supporting large equipment manufacturers, infrastructure sector organizations, or complex industrial clients is preferred.
• Familiarity with Heavy Haul, Project Logistics, Data Center Logistics, Government transportation, or specialized freight solutions is a plus.
• Experience managing large-scale transportation programs with multiple stakeholders is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting is advantageous.
