Director of District and School Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with leaders in school districts and key decision-makers.

• Create new district partnerships and enhance existing ESS relationships through a consultative methodology.

• Oversee intricate, long-term sales cycles, which include prospecting, high-level presentations, negotiations, and development of multi-year partnerships.

• Take ownership of quarterly and yearly revenue objectives through new business development, renewals, and expansion of district collaborations.

• Manage large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders by identifying growth opportunities and fostering internal advocates.

• Collaborate with clinical, operations, marketing, and executive teams to enhance district outcomes, retention, and sustainable growth.

• Formulate and implement territory strategies that are guided by district priorities, funding possibilities, policy trends, competition, and student mental health requirements.

• Maintain a precise Salesforce pipeline that includes stakeholder relationships, opportunity activities, revenue projections, and subsequent steps.

• Keep abreast of the K-12 education and student mental health landscape, including funding sources, market trends, and competitor offerings.

• Work collaboratively with ESS teams to broaden access, tackle district challenges, and ensure a consistent partner experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in educational sales or a background in school leadership is necessary.

• A proven history of meeting quotas, especially in new business development.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• In-depth knowledge of the K-12 market, particularly in Florida and Georgia.

• Demonstrated success with multi-channeled prospecting techniques.

• A high level of motivation to succeed and a passion for the role.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including some overnight travel.
