This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and oversee a cohesive Brand & Creative function, outlining its purpose, operational model, and standards.
• Take charge of brand and creative strategy to enhance pipeline, demand, brand visibility, and reputation.
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a diverse team across content, social/brand, and design disciplines.
• Manage the editorial calendar and direct creative initiatives throughout the sales funnel.
• Develop creative concepts aimed at demand generation experimentation.
• Set and uphold brand standards, voice, and tone across various channels.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to fill content gaps for target accounts.
• Establish metrics to measure the impact of brand and creative efforts and transparently report outcomes.
• Represent the Brand & Creative team in marketing leadership discussions.
• Influence the overall go-to-market strategy for the company.
• Over 8 years of experience in brand, design, or creative leadership.
• More than 3 years of experience in building and managing creative teams.
• Ideally possess experience within B2B SaaS or an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing system-level brand initiatives and high-quality execution across web, content, social, and campaigns.
• Proven track record of brand and creative work positively influencing pipeline, demand, and awareness metrics.
• Capability to convert business objectives into creative briefs, concepts, and quantifiable results.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in design, content, and social while acting as a player-coach.
• Proven experience in developing and scaling brand systems and creative workflows.
• Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and report on brand and creative effectiveness.
• Comfortable collaborating across demand generation, product marketing, and corporate communications.
• Proficient in macOS.
• Able to work remotely using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom Webinar, and Asana.
• Must have authorization to work from the home location.
