Senior Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing the visual identity of 0x and Matcha at every interaction point.

• Develop and refine the visual identity and brand guidelines for 0x and Matcha.

• Create and maintain sales enablement materials for 0x, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates, and partner kits.

• Design web pages for 0x and Matcha, encompassing landing pages, product pages, and comparison pages.

• Produce social graphics for 0x and Matcha.

• Oversee campaign launches and significant sales or industry events from initial concept to final assets.

• Construct brand and marketing templates and components for use in campaigns, social media, and sales materials.

• Keep up-to-date with design trends in crypto, DeFi, and fintech.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand design, including at least 1 year in crypto, DeFi, or emerging technology.

• A portfolio showcasing delivered brand work across web, social, and sales materials.

• Proven experience in shaping and extending a visual identity.

• Strong skills in typography and layout.

• Expert proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create reusable templates and components.

• Familiarity with AI design tools and experience using them to enhance both the speed and quality of your work.

• Experience collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to translate business objectives into design.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting and justifying design choices.

• Proactive attitude and ability to adapt swiftly as priorities change.

• Alignment with the company's core values.

• Willingness to attend annual in-person team offsite events around the world.

• Nice to have: Experience building pages in Webflow, as well as basic HTML/CSS skills.

• Nice to have: Experience managing a website redesign from concept through to launch.

• Nice to have: Skills in illustration and basic motion design.

• Nice to have: Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
