This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Oversee a Region for a strategic global partnership and act as a driver for collaborative value creation.
• Formulate and implement a national business strategy that aligns with customer priorities, Coca-Cola’s portfolio, and innovation initiatives.
• Utilize insights, analytics, and supply chain collaboration to enhance service and profitability.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the national team, bottler partners, and franchisees for the Region.
• Forge alliances with regional stakeholders, franchisees, and bottler partners.
• Collaborate on national business planning to align mutual goals, growth strategies, and performance metrics.
• Engage in contract negotiations with senior customer stakeholders, consultants, and internal collaborators.
• Propose category programs leveraging industry insights, consumer trends, and local market dynamics.
• Convert brand strategies into tailored customer solutions.
• Monitor channel and industry developments and anticipate competitive challenges.
• Oversee performance routines with bottler partners.
• Implement in-store merchandising and execute market strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience managing national or multi-tier accounts in the foodservice, CPG, or beverage sectors.
• Proven track record in strategic business planning, contract negotiations, and executing joint growth initiatives with large clients.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across different organizational levels.
• Proficient in utilizing analytics and data insights to craft narratives and strategies, identify opportunities, and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
• A results-driven approach with the adaptability to thrive in fast-changing market environments.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Must not require The Coca-Cola Company’s sponsorship to legally continue working in the United States.
