
Director, Lease Model Partnerships Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Oversee the strategy, development, and growth of lease-based opportunities within the School Age brands.
• Identify and foster partnerships with school districts, universities, municipalities, recreational organizations, and other facility providers.
• Create and implement innovative strategies for market penetration.
• Set standards and processes for the expansion of the lease model.
• Influence investment decisions that promote long-term growth across various School Age businesses.
• Construct persuasive value propositions and partnership strategies to engage educational administrators, facility owners, and organizational leaders.
• Formulate and carry out a multi-year growth strategy for the lease model to broaden the School Age footprint and enhance market penetration.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure strategic partnerships through consultative relationship management and intricate negotiations.
• Lead cross-functional senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Client Relations, and School Age business units.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to evaluate program viability, facility suitability, operational risks, and long-term scalability.
• Discover and access nontraditional facility opportunities and emerging market segments.
• Develop and implement standardized processes for partnership development, site evaluation, and market expansion.
• Present market opportunities, investment proposals, growth forecasts, and partnership strategies to senior leadership.
• Oversee the Outbound Business Development team.
• Transform new opportunities from concept to execution.
• Bachelor's Degree - Required.
• 10 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, client services, sales leadership, account management, or related fields - Required.
• Proven track record in developing and managing complex external partnerships and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Experience in utilizing consultative selling techniques to establish mutually beneficial business relationships and secure long-term agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities, develop business cases, and lead expansion initiatives from concept through execution.
• Experience in leading large cross-functional initiatives within highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, including engagement with senior decision-makers and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
