Director – Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on mid-market origination

• Collaborate with organizations generating $10 million or more in SaaS revenue or possessing $5 million or more in EBITDA across diverse sectors

⛳️ Requirements

• 10-15+ years of pertinent experience, showcasing notable achievements in the software industry

• Strong subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: vertical software, online retail, professional services, tech-enabled services, and payments

• Proven experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members

• Established relationships with key strategic partners and private equity investors interested in relevant firms

• Openness to travel

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or an MBA

• Possession of FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 certifications
