This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Take ownership of P&L responsibilities for the Industrial Gas and Chemical sector, focusing on revenue expansion, financial stability, strategic guidance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the customer advocate, converting market insights, client feedback, and competitive analysis into actionable product and business strategies.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with the CRO on sales initiatives across Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators related to revenue growth, customer retention, product utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, and competitive strategy.
• Oversee comprehensive product decisions, including prioritizing the roadmap, defining features, managing launches, and handling lifecycle management.
• Lead a Vertical Product Manager and work closely with UI/UX and application engineering teams.
• Implement customer-centric and data-driven product development processes while fostering ongoing product enhancements.
• Collaborate with the CTO on hardware and software platform roadmaps and with the CDAO on AI and data capabilities.
• Align enterprise sales teams, engage in strategic sales efforts, and provide product knowledge and executive support.
• Manage transitions from sales to installation and ensure ongoing customer success.
• Maintain personal engagement with customers through site visits, executive briefings, and business reviews.
• Represent Anova at trade shows, conferences, and market events.
• Direct training, documentation, marketing communications, product messaging, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Establish demand priorities and customer experience standards in collaboration with operations leadership.
• Hold Customer Support accountable for response times, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Assess operational processes and support capabilities to ensure readiness for product advancements and market expansion.
• Directly manage a Vertical Product Manager and indirectly supervise the Customer Support and Training/Marketing Communications teams.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in business leadership, product management, or commercial roles in the industrial gas, chemical, or related industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership or equivalent market-level business accountability with quantifiable revenue and growth results.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams through influence in a matrixed environment.
• Extensive understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to collaborate with senior sales teams.
• Strong product management expertise and a track record of guiding product roadmaps from concept to delivery.
• Proven experience in developing Voice of Customer processes and converting customer insights into business and product strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
• Background in B2B SaaS/HaaS or technology-enabled service industries.
• Preferred direct experience in industrial gas, chemical, or process manufacturing.
• Experience in overseeing or collaborating with engineering and product development teams preferred.
• Familiarity with managing multi-regional field operations preferred.
• Ability to work in diverse industrial and outdoor environments.
• A valid driver's license and passport are mandatory.
