📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction for MediSpend's Global Transparency software and managed services division.

• Ensure fulfillment of customer reporting responsibilities, regulatory submissions, and operational commitments.

• Cultivate relationships with customer stakeholders and pinpoint risks, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.

• Lead engagement with executives for strategic and at-risk clients.

• Supervise the transition process from Implementation to Customer Success and Managed Services.

• Maintain a strong knowledge base in global and state transparency regulations, industry trends, and reporting obligations.

• Set standards for accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory reporting.

• Drive initiatives for automation, risk reduction, scalability, and ongoing improvement.

• Create governance processes for managing regulatory changes, ensuring reporting quality, audit readiness, and operational controls.

• Act as the business leader and subject matter expert for Global Transparency solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Implementation, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, and Customer Success to align on product, delivery, and customer priorities.

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams in Global Transparency Operations, Delivery, and Customer Success.

• Define the organizational structure, roles, performance expectations, and accountability measures.

• Establish operational KPIs and dashboards that encompass quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, service performance, and team efficiency.

• Assist Sales with executive presentations, customer references, solution strategies, and expansion opportunities.

• Represent MediSpend at industry conferences, customer forums, and regulatory working groups.

• Build relationships with executives in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors.

• Conduct executive business reviews and strategic planning for customers.

• Identify opportunities to enhance customer utilization of MediSpend solutions and services.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in life sciences transparency, commercial compliance, managed services, or SaaS operations.

• More than 5 years of leadership experience in managing customer-facing operational teams.

• In-depth understanding of U.S. Federal, State, and global transparency reporting mandates.

• Experience supporting large pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device enterprises.

• Proven track record in leading large operational teams while enhancing customer satisfaction, quality, and operational efficiency.

• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS environments.

• Strong grasp of customer success, managed services, and enterprise software delivery.

• Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience in executive leadership and managing customer relationships.

• Proficient in strategic planning and operational execution.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions using KPIs, reporting, and operational analytics.

• Cross-functional leadership experience across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Regulatory teams.

• Commitment to continuous process improvement and operational scalability.

• Expertise in risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory governance.

• Skills in financial and resource management, including forecasting and capacity planning.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and management of executive stakeholders.

• Capability to lead organizational change while nurturing a high-performing, customer-centric culture.
