Director, Global Campaigns

📋 Description

• Take ownership of, develop, and implement significant global campaigns that enhance awareness and create opportunities for Twilio.

• Establish the strategic vision for the structure, operations, and execution of global campaigns across the top five campaign initiatives.

• Design and implement strategic end-to-end campaigns tailored for buyer and vertical market segments.

• Collaborate with product marketing, content, brand, creative, and regional campaign teams to define themes and messaging.

• Act as the primary liaison for campaign initiatives across various teams.

• Cultivate relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to guarantee campaign enablement and engagement.

• Create scalable and repeatable global campaign playbooks and content systems.

• Monitor program outcomes, assess success, report metrics, analyze performance, and suggest optimizations.

• Incorporate AI frameworks, tools, guidelines, reusable templates, and AI-assisted workflows into campaign operations.

• Oversee and distribute campaign production budgets across content, video, localization, and agencies.

• Lead a globally distributed team across the US, Europe, and Asia.

• Implement top-of-funnel campaigns in collaboration with company and brand leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven management experience with the ability to motivate a team of strategists and articulate a clear vision.

• In-depth understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics at each stage, including the PLG model and funnel.

• Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles, sales processes, and stakeholders, particularly in the B2B tech sector.

• Capability to manage multiple work streams while maintaining visibility with the team and leadership.

• Strategic mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• 8+ years of experience as a campaign strategist in B2B or technology environments.

• Demonstrated success in building and executing integrated programs, as well as managing tools, processes, and assets.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and executives.

• Ability to cultivate a culture of trust through constructive feedback, communication, and transparency.
