This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Oversee and nurture partner relationships and programs between Federal Market Solutions and government clients and vendors.
• Act as the Director reporting to the FMS Vice President.
• Coordinate and spearhead initiatives of the Federal Market Solutions Program Management team from the inception of programs through their delivery and ongoing support.
• Employ an outcome-driven, agile-centric approach to program management.
• Collaborate with HIS product owners, software development teams, technical teams, and senior leadership to establish project goals.
• Manage profit and loss aspects and milestone management in accordance with financial objectives.
• Offer recommendations for both short-term and long-term development to support government initiatives and products.
• Create and enforce project management controls related to financials, schedules, deliverables, staffing, and quality assurance contractual obligations.
• Formulate new proposals and strategies to secure future Federal Government contracts.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments in support of Solventum Federal Market Solutions.
• Supervise EI&T, Client Advocate, Program and Project Managers, along with FedRAMP/Cybersecurity personnel.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in program management, medical coding, or strategic client partnerships.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in analyzing and documenting processes.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Capable of passing a Government background check for a Public Trust position.
• A Master’s degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Change Management.
• Familiarity with Solventum Coding & Reimbursement and Solventum 360 Encompass Computer Assisted Coding and Professional Coding or similar software.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of IL3 and IL4, RMF, ATOs, FedRAMP, and the 3PAO process.
• Background in DoD and VA healthcare environments with hands-on responsibility for project or program management tasks.
• Experience presenting to executive-level personnel.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage a substantial and sometimes intricate workload under tight deadlines.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the employment country without the need for visa sponsorship.
