This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve high-performance sales execution.
• Surpass sales targets through effective team leadership and targeted individual contributions.
• Establish excellence in account-based execution by employing multi-threading rigor, setting activity expectations, and ensuring accountability.
• Uphold forecasting discipline and maintain transparency regarding pipeline health and revenue projections.
• Enhance ACVs, win rates, sales-cycle efficiency, and ramp-up time through coaching, alignment in enablement, and disciplined processes.
• Identify and drive strategic initiatives aimed at boosting productivity, sales execution, segment performance, and organizational scalability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, RevOps, Enablement, and Solutions Engineering for effective go-to-market alignment.
• Provide insights from the field to influence product roadmap, messaging, and market strategies.
• Prioritize cross-functional initiatives that impact win rates, deal velocity, and enterprise customer decisions.
• Shape the strategy for the Enterprise program while identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Represent the Enterprise segment in internal forums, discussions with customers and prospects, and leadership meetings.
• Coach, mentor, and manage the performance of Account Executives.
• Set expectations for account-based execution, multi-threading, deal hygiene, and fundamentals of enterprise sales.
• Promote data-informed performance management and continuous improvement.
• Enhance sellers' skills in qualification, account and territory planning, and executive engagement.
• Minimum of 5 years leading quota-carrying enterprise or strategic sales teams.
• At least 10 years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles.
• Proven history of consistently surpassing targets in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Experience in constructing and scaling enterprise sales motions, including account planning, territory design, and multi-threaded engagement strategies.
• Background in coaching representatives through lengthy, intricate sales cycles involving buying committees, procurement, legal, and executive negotiations.
• Strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
• Experience with forecasting accuracy, account segmentation, and enhancing win rates and deal velocity.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and align with enterprise go-to-market strategies.
• Strong executive presence with C-suite and senior buyer personas.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Significant experience in performance management, mentorship, and seller development.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to broader go-to-market planning.
