Director Digital Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Delta-V developers and contracted personnel, including workload management, prioritization, and professional development.

• Convert requirements into actionable tasks and transform technical insights into client-ready documentation.

• Manage the build queue for emails, SMS communications, donor journeys, landing pages, forms, integrations, and tracking mechanisms.

• Ensure that requirements, assets, and access are prepared prior to the commencement of development.

• Develop QA checklists, intake standards, requirements templates, and uniform build patterns.

• Handle client portfolio provisioning, access management, credentials, two-factor authentication, secure handoffs, DNS configurations, and subdomain setups.

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for accounts that are less familiar.

• Take ownership of the technical onboarding process from platform evaluation to initial sends.

• Lead migration projects involving CRMs, donation platforms, or websites, and conduct post-migration validations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing technology, email production, or digital marketing operations.

• At least 2 years of experience in managing developers or technical production teams.

• Proficient in HTML, scripting, and contemporary development workflows.

• Experience in establishing processes such as checklists, intake forms, or quality assurance standards.

• Ability to make decisions in situations where established procedures are not applicable.

• Ability to remain composed under pressure of deadlines.

• Strong writing skills for creating requirements, documentation, and facilitating coordination.
