This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Plan, organize, and oversee digital initiatives for Cleveland Clinic.
• Manage ClevelandClinic.org and other public-facing web platforms.
• Lead website strategy to align with enterprise business and marketing goals.
• Oversee website content, design, and overall user experience.
• Supervise digital marketing professionals.
• Collaborate with Content & Creative Services for writing and design assistance.
• Manage large-scale, complex, mission-critical web projects.
• Oversee the collection and reporting of program performance metrics.
• Handle the website content management system, ensuring user experience and content discoverability.
• Lead the management and growth of the online library of digitized assets, including videos and images.
• Implement digital resources to support business and marketing initiatives.
• Assess and prioritize requests, delegate tasks, track performance, and ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Direct and manage the SEO team comprised of analysts and associates.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance search rankings, brand visibility, and traffic across Google and emerging AI search technologies, including LLMs.
• Monitor SEO performance and analyze website traffic to uncover growth opportunities.
• Broaden search strategy beyond Google.
• Align SEO strategies with wider digital marketing and organizational objectives.
• Mentor and provide support to analysts and associates.
• Engage stakeholders to communicate progress, share insights, and align SEO projects with organizational goals.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Internet/Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Seven years of experience related to web management, including three years in managerial and business-to-consumer marketing roles.
• Proven ability to organize, plan, direct, manage, and sustain an effective web presence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with web-related technologies, current web trends, media development processes, and social media marketing strategies.
• Capability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment effectively.
• Proficient in communicating and exchanging accurate information.
• Willingness to travel throughout the hospital system.
• Must adhere to Cleveland Clinic's influenza prevention program, which includes annual vaccination or an approved exemption.
• Remote work available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
