Director – Delivery Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute strategies to enhance process optimization

• Assess and review current procedures for potential improvements

• Lead interdisciplinary teams to propel process enhancement initiatives

• Determine key performance indicators to evaluate process effectiveness

• Track and communicate the progress of process optimization projects

• Work alongside senior leadership to ensure alignment of process improvement objectives with organizational goals

• Offer training and assistance to staff on best practices for process optimization

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics

• Relevant certifications such as APMP Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or SAFe Agilist

• Familiarity with Agile methodology

• Experience in change management

• Strong client relations skills

• Proficiency in collaboration tools

• Knowledge of design thinking principles

• Demonstrated executive presence

• Experience in modernizing operations

• Skills in people leadership

• Strong personal effectiveness

• Experience in risk management

• Ability in storytelling

• Proficient in English at C2 level
