Director – Delivery Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at optimizing processes.

• Assess and review current procedures to identify areas for enhancement.

• Guide cross-functional teams in advancing process improvement projects.

• Determine key performance indicators to assess process efficiency.

• Track and provide updates on the progress of process optimization initiatives.

• Work in collaboration with senior leadership to ensure process improvement objectives align with broader organizational goals.

• Offer training and assistance to staff on best practices for process optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or a Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics.

• Relevant certifications such as APMP Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or SAFe Agilist.

• Knowledge of Agile methodology.

• Experience in change management.

• Strong client relations skills.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools.

• Understanding of design thinking principles.

• Ability to exhibit executive presence.
