This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert intricate analytics and media performance data into straightforward, persuasive narratives that link insights to client business objectives and motivate action.
• Create analytical strategies that align with client goals, utilizing insights to guide acquisition, retention, lifetime value, media, and optimization tactics.
• Act as a reliable analytics consultant for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Implement and promote top-tier measurement methodologies, including Test/Holdout-based incrementality assessment.
• Assist clients and internal teams in grasping the strengths, limitations, and business repercussions of various measurement techniques.
• Recognize insights across clients, campaigns, and categories, transforming them into replicable best practices, frameworks, and recommendations that enhance the quality and consistency of analytics deliverables.
• Oversee and cultivate a team of analysts through coaching, onboarding, task prioritization, performance management, feedback, recognition, and career progression.
• Guide mid-level analysts in both technical and client-facing competencies.
• Lead specific strategic initiatives as the analytics authority and subject matter expert, defining solutions, aligning stakeholders, and advancing projects from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Client Development, Operations, and other teams to address client issues, refine processes, and deliver high-quality analytics solutions with minimal senior leadership oversight.
• Facilitate the development, implementation, and adoption of predictive and adaptive ML/AI solutions, converting model outputs into clear business recommendations and client value.
• Report directly to the VP of Data Science & Analytics.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in analytics, marketing measurement, data science, media analytics, or a related field, showcasing a progression in responsibility and client impact.
• Proven capability to convert complex analytics into engaging narratives and actionable recommendations for client and business audiences.
• Strong experience in client-facing roles with exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage an audience and exemplify effective client communication.
• At least 3 years in analytics leadership roles, preferably with team management experience.
• Established subject matter expertise in one or more analytics, measurement, media, or industry domains, with the ability to impart knowledge and enhance the capabilities of others.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Tableau, or similar analytical and visualization tools, along with experience in predictive analytics and/or ML/AI models.
• Ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions in support of clients and the business, provide and receive constructive feedback, and challenge existing methodologies in a positive manner.
• Bachelor's degree required in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related fields.
• Master’s degree preferred in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience in Retail, Financial Services, Telecom, or Travel sectors is advantageous.
