Head of Data AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the strategy for Data Solutions & Services, ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and client demands.

• Cultivate and enhance a portfolio of cutting-edge data services that support AI, machine learning, and data-driven technologies.

• Discover new business prospects and aid in driving commercial advancement.

• Strengthen relationships with both current and potential clients.

• Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and create solutions that provide measurable business benefits.

• Manage data services projects, guaranteeing quality, efficiency, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

• Assemble and lead a high-performing team.

• Create scalable operational models, governance structures, and delivery processes.

• Work alongside commercial, technology, and operational teams on strategy, solution design, and execution.

• Contribute to business planning, capability enhancement, and long-term strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience in data services, technology services, consulting, AI operations, or a related area.

• Proven track record in building, expanding, or transforming a service line, business unit, or operational capability.

• Strong commercial insight with a history of supporting revenue growth, solution innovation, and client relations.

• Established ability to lead complex service delivery settings while upholding high quality and customer satisfaction standards.

• Experience in guiding teams through growth, transition, and transformation phases.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills.

• Direct experience in AI data services, including data annotation, model assessment, human-in-the-loop operations, or similar services.

• Understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and large language model (LLM) ecosystems.

• Experience working in global delivery, managed services, or professional services contexts.

• Proven experience in developing new services from initial concept to commercialization and delivery.
