This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic leadership across Data Management, Data Extraction, Data Conversion, Internal Tools Development, and Technology Enablement functions.
• Develop and implement multi-year roadmaps for enterprise data services, internal applications, automation, analytics enablement, and technology modernization.
• Collaborate with executive, operational, clinical, and technology leaders to translate emerging business requirements into scalable technology and data strategies.
• Anticipate organizational needs, operational risks, technology trends, and capability gaps.
• Establish governance processes for demand management, portfolio planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
• Cultivate managers and technical leaders.
• Propel the modernization of technologies, processes, operating models, and service delivery methodologies.
• Provide executive oversight of enterprise data platforms, reporting services, ETL/ELT and integration services, data conversion, data extraction, internal application development, and automation.
• Establish and track performance metrics for business outcomes, service value, operational maturity, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional planning and decision-making initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets, vendor relationships, technology investments, software licensing, and contracts.
• Encourage strategic thinking, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Assist member organizations with on-site go-live installations or training as necessary, involving up to 15% national travel.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred; candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher will be prioritized.
• Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience in technology services, development, analytics, data services, or enterprise systems required.
• Experience must include managing director-level reports; project/program or team lead management experience is not applicable.
• Five or more years of experience leading managers and multi-functional technology organizations required.
• Experience overseeing data platforms, application development, analytics, reporting services, technology operations, or related functions.
• Proven success in driving organizational transformation, service modernization, operational excellence, and strategic change.
• Experience in developing technology roadmaps, organizational strategies, and investment plans.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, software licensing, and technology investments.
• Strong skills in executive communication, stakeholder management, business partnership, and strategic planning.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or Epic-related environments; experience with large-scale EHR systems is considered.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis at the time of application.
