Director, CRM Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Salesforce as a product.

• Develop the roadmap for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and associated third-party applications.

• Collaborate with directors, VPs, and executives to identify priorities for development and strategy.

• Lead a team of four responsible for clarifying and converting requirements, managing delivery and testing, and ensuring clean CRM data management.

• Work alongside the Director of CRM Systems and the eight-member CRM administration, development, and engineering team that is responsible for the system's architecture.

• Spearhead the transition from Salesforce CPQ to Agentforce Revenue Management.

• Enhance the integration of AI within the CRM environment.

• Report directly to the VP of Enterprise Systems and Technology.

• Proven experience in owning Salesforce as a product.

• Background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and related third-party applications.

• Experience in creating product roadmaps and prioritizing various initiatives.

• Experience in engaging with directors, VPs, and executive leadership.

• Proficient in leading the refinement and translation of requirements.

• Experience in overseeing delivery processes and testing phases.

• Knowledge of maintaining high-quality CRM data.

• Experience in leading a product management team effectively.

• Ability to collaborate with CRM administration, development, and engineering teams.

• Capability to work remotely.
