Director – Clinical Program Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution and management of clinical program pilot research and development.

• Supervise the integration of internal operations to ensure adherence to clinical program requirements as stipulated by state contracts, RFPs, HEDIS, or other national standards.

• Collaborate with the CMO and VP of Clinical Programs on innovative program designs.

• Investigate and facilitate the rollout of new clinical programs across all business units.

• Conduct cross-functional meetings to fulfill stakeholder expectations and achieve company goals.

• Oversee the formulation of policies, procedures, workflows, training materials, and reporting systems.

• Direct research and implementation activities for clinical programs to maintain program integrity and compliance.

• Partner with the Analytics team to ensure program integrity through auditing and outcome reporting.

• Coordinate with various departments and business units to develop and implement clinical programs.

• Establish clinical program objectives and strategies while ensuring the effective allocation of Centene resources.

• Engage with organizations and State and Specialty Society contacts as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without the necessity for employment-based visa sponsorship, both currently and in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in program development or clinical research.

• Experience in managed care is preferred.

• A Master's degree is preferred.
