Associate Clinical Director – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary clinician and engagement manager for clients.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, PhD researchers, and care coordinators.

• Identify areas for enhancing client care.

• Evaluate critical clinical issues and pinpoint leading experts.

• Interact with specialists and direct patients towards optimized care strategies.

• Investigate specialized diagnostic tools and treatment alternatives that go beyond standard care.

• Oversee intricate medical cases and coordinate client care effectively.

• Facilitate diagnostic and therapeutic options on a global scale.

• Assist clients in navigating the healthcare system.

• Provide advanced clinical management and education to clients and their families.

• Collaborate with clinical and research teams to discover the latest treatment options.

• Share information regarding medical conditions, medications, treatments, and clinical trials.

• Coordinate efforts with external care providers and interdisciplinary resources.

• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders.

• Supervise other clinical staff for specific cases or service lines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid NP or PA license in your state of residence.

• A minimum of five years of clinical experience managing complex medical issues in oncology and/or hematology settings.

• Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities.

• Outstanding client-facing skills.

• Proficient in written and verbal executive communication.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Highly professional demeanor, even under pressure.

• Clinical curiosity paired with innovative problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with others.

• Technologically adept and comfortable using various technology platforms.

• Experience in oncology, coupled with another complex discipline, is a notable advantage.
