This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the delivery of client services for the company and foster robust, long-lasting relationships with designated clients.
• Act as the primary contact for any account-related inquiries.
• Handle account setup procedures for new clients.
• Supervise TRISTAR’s services provided to designated client accounts.
• Create and present consultative stewardship reports to clients.
• Recognize and inform clients about claims activity and trends impacting their programs.
• Offer program recommendations to clients.
• Conduct client visits to discuss loss experiences and the performance of the company.
• Detect potential client dissatisfaction prior to renewal meetings.
• Execute client renewals, revise contracts, and prepare Client Service Instructions.
• Negotiate adjustments or enhancements to service plans.
• Lead and guide internal departments to alleviate process, technology, and resource limitations.
• Manage client invoices, audits, and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Address significant customer service challenges and develop proactive solutions.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
• Engage in the local insurance community through advanced education and professional affiliations.
• Develop budgets and oversee the profit and loss for assigned accounts in collaboration with Branch and Regional management.
• Ensure adherence to relevant Quality initiatives.
• Travel as necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 3–5 years in account management or 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and interpretative capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proven negotiation and facilitation talents.
• Skills in leadership, management, and motivation.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong ability to round out accounts.
• Comprehensive understanding of workers’ compensation and liability claims.
• Extensive knowledge of client servicing practices.
• Experience with Captives and Programs that provide alternative risk solutions.
• Proficient in managing conflict and addressing challenging issues in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to meet or surpass Performance Competencies.
• Capable of generating analytical program data through graphs and tables, efficiently using spreadsheets, and performing calculations and automation to process large data volumes.
