This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Remote CDL Admissions Department.
• Inspire, train, and mentor remote admissions staff on expected behaviors that align with the Ancora mission and Core Values.
• Manage admissions processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide quality services to students, leading to successful outcomes.
• Ensure that remote admissions personnel adhere to college, state, US DOE, accreditation, regulatory, and policy requirements.
• Support remote admissions initiatives to deliver exceptional customer service to prospective students.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and management of admissions personnel.
• Design, initiate, and implement departmental training and development programs.
• Offer tactical guidance and leadership to ensure new student satisfaction during the admissions process.
• Guarantee the accuracy and punctuality of paperwork and reports.
• Conduct random audits of enrollment files to ensure document accountability and precision.
• Collaborate in employee performance evaluations and scheduled reviews.
• Provide departmental updates through reports, discussions, and meetings with senior leadership.
• Ensure that objectives, goals, plans, budgets, policies, practices, and actions yield desired results in alignment with the department’s mission and strategic plan.
• Develop and implement both short-term and long-term admissions strategies to achieve company growth and profitability goals.
• Ensure proper execution of policies and decisions at all levels.
• Exhibit personal leadership that fosters employee productivity and responsiveness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 3 years of successful experience managing admissions teams.
• Exceptional people management skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to develop, motivate, and guide personnel.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to lead and operate in an observation/coaching style environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible work travel schedule.
• Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 8 years of management experience with remote/online admissions teams is preferred.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Capability to perform occasional standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
