This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Collaborate with the Business Unit VP & General Manager to expand the Cell Therapy product portfolio and foster sustainable long-term growth.
• Involve product line leaders in data-informed discussions to enhance profitability and drive sales growth.
• Offer financial insights and strategic viewpoints for informed decision-making and long-term value generation.
• Manage the monthly reporting package while improving access to financial data and business insights.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes for the business unit.
• Assist in the financial integration of the BioLife Solutions business into global Repligen procedures, contingent on regulatory approval.
• Establish KPIs and operational mechanisms in collaboration with Product Management.
• Lead the financial materials for the Quarterly Business Review and convey insights, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
• Work together with Sales Operations on reporting, predictive analytics, and actionable insights.
• Partner with R&D on the introduction of new products.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Product Management, R&D, and other departments to address challenges and enhance processes.
• Support M&A initiatives with financial insights and strategic analysis.
• Collaborate with the VP of FP&A to enhance forecasting and analytical procedures.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and modeling.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• Over 12 years of pertinent financial leadership experience within a complex, multinational, multi-site manufacturing and product development setting.
• Excellent professional communication, relationship-building, and facilitation abilities.
• Capacity to develop credibility and collaborate effectively with all levels of executive management and staff.
• Proficiency in translating intricate data and metrics into clear, actionable business insights.
• Skill in identifying opportunities, leading change, and driving process improvements on a global scale.
• Strong attention to detail and sound business judgment.
• Aptitude for working with large data sets utilizing state-of-the-art tools.
• Ability to forge strong cross-functional partnerships, navigate ambiguity, and balance strategic priorities with operational execution in a dynamic growth environment.
