This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Transform fragmented GTM data into comprehensive insights on funnel performance while identifying funnel leakage and the elements influencing win rates.
• Propel Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams towards data fluency and AI integration through enablement, training, and advocacy.
• Oversee the migration and cleaning of GTM data into a modern, reliable data platform in collaboration with direct reports and functional Ops teams.
• Establish AI use cases, select appropriate tools, and determine the sequence of adoption across the go-to-market strategy.
• Guide functional Ops teams to prioritize data migration and cleanup efforts.
• Actively design dashboards and reporting mechanisms to highlight business insights.
• Collaborate with IT on considerations related to infrastructure, security, and data access.
• Supervise one direct report responsible for a significant portion of the technical build work.
• Achieve measurable GTM outcomes, promote AI and data fluency adoption, develop a prioritized migration roadmap, and provide proactive leadership insights.
• Proven experience utilizing data to enhance go-to-market results, such as conversion rates, funnel leakage, or quantifiable effectiveness in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills with non-technical GTM stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric or Synapse, or similar alternatives.
• Current hands-on expertise with AI tools and workflows, along with experience fostering AI adoption within a team or department.
• Capability to differentiate between valuable AI use cases and mere hype.
• Proficient in engaging cross-functional stakeholders and advocating for data or AI investment cases.
• Comfortable with closely managing one direct report in a hands-on capacity.
• Ability to maintain reasonable working-hour overlap with a team based in the US Eastern time zone.
