Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain insight into business processes, reporting requirements, and performance issues.

• Create, develop, automate, and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visual presentations.

• Construct reporting and analytics solutions utilizing SQL, Python, Power BI, and various other BI tools.

• Execute, validate, maintain, and disseminate routine reports.

• Evaluate business performance data to uncover trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities.

• Formulate actionable recommendations backed by data and impact analysis.

• Identify chances to automate workflows and minimize manual tasks.

• Lead reporting and analytics initiatives from requirement gathering to implementation and ongoing support.

• Present insights and recommendations to management and operational leaders.

• Proven experience in developing and supporting business intelligence, reporting, or analytics solutions.

• Skilled in gathering business requirements and converting them into technical solutions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and maintain stakeholder relationships.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in SQL, Python, Power BI, and other BI tools.

• Ability to work entirely remotely.

• Video cameras are required to be on during all interviews and the first week of orientation.
