This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of Cinch’s go-to-market strategy across key channels.
• Identify, initiate, and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship development.
• Employ solution-selling techniques to effectively position Cinch’s offerings and secure new strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market opportunities to guide strategic decisions.
• Use Salesforce.com as the primary CRM tool to track, manage, and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Develop and nurture strong internal and external relationships to foster business growth.
• Lead contract negotiations in accordance with company policies and commercial goals.
• Assist in the transition of new clients to the implementation and account management teams to ensure successful program rollouts.
• Provide regular reports to leadership regarding pipeline performance, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Conduct market research and prospecting to pinpoint lucrative growth opportunities.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and business development, ideally within affinity marketing, partnerships, or subscription-based services.
• Proven track record in developing innovative business models or partnership strategies within or related to the insurance sector.
• Demonstrated capability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline and successfully close complex partnership agreements.
• Experience in selling to and engaging with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to create innovative solutions and quickly adapt to changing opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support prospecting and client engagement.
