Business Development Manager – Power Transformer Services Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies and sales agreements.

• Create deal structures, pricing models, and proposals.

• Support customer negotiations.

• Identify new opportunities in collaboration with functional partners to innovate products and services for business expansion.

• Design and execute a growth plan targeting specific markets and key accounts.

• Formulate and implement business strategies and plans to achieve order booking and margin objectives.

• Craft and shape value propositions for the marketplace.

• Collaborate with regional commercial teams to enhance market share.

• Provide leadership and support to all channel partners.

• Accountable for maintaining and increasing order booking and operational profit targets.

• Serve as the primary interface and liaison between the sales team and the business to fulfill customer needs and influence outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (STEM) and/or a BA with 5 years of experience in a directly related field.

• 5 years of experience with power transmission and distribution equipment and/or services.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful growth strategies.

• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and customers.

• Over 5 years of experience in sales of power transmission and distribution equipment services.

• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering.

• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%).

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues.

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects.

• Proficient in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established project management skills.
