• Become a part of a premier team of engineers and data scientists hailing from leading tech firms.
• Develop and enhance new business channels targeting the B2B insurance software sector.
• Implement outbound sequences and conduct discovery calls.
• Partner with founders to refine strategies informed by feedback.
• Utilize modern tools to automate the prospecting process.
• Pipeline Development: Create and implement outbound sequences aimed at senior decision-makers.
• Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to distinguish genuine opportunities from distractions.
• Strategy: Collaborate with the founders to enhance our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and messaging based on real-world insights.
• Stack Optimization: Utilize contemporary tools (Clay, Sales Nav, etc.) to automate manual prospecting tasks, allowing you to concentrate on strategy.
• Bias for Action: You act swiftly and possess a results-oriented mindset.
• Grit & Adaptability: You demonstrate the perseverance required to tackle the challenges of early-stage sales and the agility to adapt as our technology advances.
• Workflow Design: You don’t merely follow existing playbooks; you have experience creating outbound frameworks and workflows from the ground up.
• Full-Cycle Skills: You excel in prospecting while understanding the intricacies of closing deals, enabling you to provide accurate revenue projections.
• High-Detail Communication: You are organized and collaborative, capable of translating complex AI concepts into clear, business-level value.
• Insurance Vertical Experience: You have a background in selling within the insurance sector and a proven record of meeting or exceeding key performance indicators.
