This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main integration point among Provider Contract Development and essential partner functions, ensuring the alignment of priorities, timelines, risks, and business objectives.
• Facilitate governance forums, operational reviews, and renewal planning activities that promote contract lifecycle visibility, stakeholder alignment, and readiness for execution.
• Oversee cross-functional implementation efforts and aid in resolving risks, dependencies, and execution obstacles affecting provider contracting initiatives.
• Create and sustain reporting tools, dashboards, contract expiration tracking, renewal status updates, and other resources that enhance organizational visibility and support informed decision-making.
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership regarding renewal timelines, implementation progress, workload distribution, stakeholder readiness, and emerging risks.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives that increase scalability, transparency, consistency, and operational effectiveness within Provider Contract Development.
• Collaborate with CCFT and business stakeholders to promote workflow optimization, automation possibilities, reporting enhancements, and AI-driven capabilities.
• Develop term sheets and complete requests for proposals (RFPs) as necessary to present pricing offers to clients.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of key customer financials, growth drivers, membership, mergers/acquisitions, and end customers.
• Assist senior leadership with ad-hoc requests related to products and/or customers.
• Lead special projects and business process enhancement initiatives that bolster organizational effectiveness and operational maturity.
• Aid in annual planning, prioritization, and resource discussions through comprehensive reporting, analysis, and operational insights.
• Advocate for effective communication, collaboration, and information sharing across stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of provider contracting priorities.
• Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years of directly related experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of directly related experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of directly related experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of directly related experience.
• MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, market access, commercial operations, contracting operations, business operations, project management, or related fields.
• Proven success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives within highly matrixed organizations.
• Excellent project and program management capabilities with the aptitude to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Experience in developing dashboards, reporting tools, metrics, and operational insights.
• Proficient in facilitating governance processes, business reviews, and organizational planning activities.
• Established ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
