This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Proactively identify and qualify outbound leads through tailored outreach methods, encompassing cold emails, phone calls, video messages, and social media engagement.
β’ Schedule appointments for Account Executives by implementing BANT qualification and supplying comprehensive handoff notes.
β’ Test different messaging, sequencing, and outreach channels to enhance response and conversion rates.
β’ Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Vidyard, Vidu, Aircall, and HubSpot CRM to conduct account research and foster outbound engagement.
β’ Enroll outbound leads into prospecting campaigns and maintain consistent follow-ups across various channels.
β’ Ensure ongoing outbound efforts are concentrated on generating a cold, new pipeline.
β’ Keep HubSpot records for contacts, companies, and deals organized and current with detailed activity documentation.
β’ Accept and manage leads assigned by members of the sales, revenue, and marketing teams.
β’ Propose process improvements and tool enhancements that boost outbound effectiveness.
β’ Take ownership of your one-on-one meetings by preparing in advance, sharing updates, and acting on coaching feedback.
β’ A minimum of 1β2 years of experience in outbound business development or a comparable role.
β’ A result-driven attitude and proficiency in cold calling, written communication, social media, and video outreach.
β’ Near-native English proficiency coupled with outstanding writing skills.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Tech-savvy with a keen interest in technology and SaaS.
β’ Bonus points for:
β’ Previous experience or foundational knowledge in the hosting or cloud infrastructure industry.
β’ A proven interest in sales demonstrated through a sales development certificate or relevant coursework.
β’ Familiarity with HubSpot Sales or Salesforce and other prospecting tools.
β’ Fluency in an additional Kinsta language besides English. Currently, we are targeting Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, and Japanese.
