This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Interpret complex inquiries into data-driven analyses to facilitate informed decision-making by leadership.

• Direct finance and accounting teams during transitional periods or when assistance is required.

• Organize and oversee financial modeling initiatives that support strategic recommendations.

• Foster collaborative relationships with portfolio companies and private equity firms.

• Convert data into information suitable for leadership utilizing Excel and various data visualization tools.

• Supervise junior consultants and guide them in delivering necessary outputs.

• Oversee budgeting processes, monthly forecasts, variance analyses, and accompanying explanations.

• Compile monthly performance reports, perform financial analyses, and evaluate historical trends.

• Enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of the forecasting and financial close processes.

• Provide business intelligence through financial results and key performance indicators.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational efficiency reports.

• Assist in process improvements, cost reduction strategies, automation, and system upgrades.

• Oversee special projects and respond to ad hoc requests from senior management, including cash flow forecasts, SKU/customer profitability, and operational reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Public Accounting.

• Proficient in advanced Excel skills with the capability to create dynamic financial models.

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial statements and three-statement modeling.

• Possession of CPA or CFA designations is advantageous.
