This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and create product metrics dashboards to monitor roadmap maturity, completeness in Productboard fields, and changes in the roadmap across over 15 Digital Product teams.
• Collaborate with Product leaders and PM/POs to establish meaningful metrics, baselines, and targets.
• Develop self-service dashboards for product teams.
• Create executive-ready dashboards with minimal oversight from the Senior Director.
• Identify data inconsistencies and collaborate on tooling standards.
• Construct and sustain a framework that measures the adoption of ProdOps methodologies and the effectiveness of change management.
• Establish adoption metrics for significant ProdOps initiatives.
• Analyze adoption deficiencies and propose, design, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor awareness, behavior changes, and leading and lagging indicators of adoption.
• Maintain product and ProdOps dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Set governance standards for metric definitions and perform data quality audits.
• Document metric definitions, calculation methods, and data sources comprehensively.
• Mentor PM/POs and ProdOps team members in interpreting and acting on metrics.
• Develop data-literacy coaching strategies and identify trends in metric misinterpretation or disregard.
• Over 5 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis within a digital product or technology organization.
• Proven track record in measuring and facilitating organizational change, including shifts in awareness and behavior.
• Experience in defining metrics in ambiguous and evolving environments.
• Demonstrated ability to create widely adopted dashboards and metrics frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of product management practices, roadmap maturity, backlog health, and planning consistency.
• Strong instincts for data governance and the capacity to define and document metrics accurately.
• Familiarity with Productboard, Jira, and Confluence as data sources.
• Proficiency with SQL and APIs for data extraction and validation.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills to convey data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel 5–7 times annually to College Board offices or for College Board business.
