This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Design and develop multi-agent systems utilizing LLM orchestration frameworks for client-oriented AI products.
• Execute comprehensive AI orchestration use cases tailored for clients.
• Create agentic wrappers and interfaces around data science models, encompassing MMM, forecasting, and incrementality.
• Set up Genie spaces for client data exploration and self-service analytics.
• Construct reusable agent components, prompt templates, and tool-use libraries.
• Assess LLM providers based on their capabilities, costs, and latencies, while recommending the best options.
• Work alongside the Offshore Director Staff AI Engineer to guide architecture direction, establish design patterns, and maintain coding standards.
• Produce production-quality Python code with error handling, observability, CI/CD integration, and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to comprehend models and develop resilient, precise agent interfaces.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, architecture decision records, and operational runbooks.
• Report directly to the VP, AI Agents & Automation.
• Partner with an offshore engineering team to develop scalable and reliable AI products.
• Over 5 years of software engineering experience with a strong command of Python.
• More than 2 years of practical experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, or agent frameworks.
• Proficient in at least one agent orchestration framework, such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
• Strong skills in system design, including API architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and experience in container orchestration.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and large-scale RAG systems.
• Excellent skills in debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with distributed teams across various regions and time zones.
• Experience with Databricks and/or Genie.
• Background in media, advertising, or marketing technology.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model-serving infrastructure, and the production model lifecycle.
• Experience in developing conversational AI or copilot-style products.
• Contributions to open-source projects related to agentic AI.
