This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Act as a senior consultant on issues related to government pricing, compliance, and contracting across Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, FSS, and other relevant federal and state programs.
β’ Offer strategic and operational advice regarding government pricing methodologies and calculations, including AMP, BP, URA, ASP, Non-FAMP, and FCP.
β’ Direct intricate client projects centered on government pricing operations, compliance frameworks, policy interpretation, audit preparedness, and risk reduction.
β’ Guide clients through scenario modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis concerning Medicaid rebates, ASP, 340B, FSS, and additional government pricing initiatives.
β’ Counsel manufacturers on pricing, reimbursement, contracting, and market access considerations throughout the product lifecycle.
β’ Assist pre-commercial and emerging manufacturers by establishing compliant pricing and contracting frameworks and conducting pre-launch government pricing activities.
β’ Create and deliver recommendations to executive stakeholders.
β’ Mentor team members and contribute to thought leadership and the development of the practice.
β’ Oversee project workplans, budgets, timelines, risks, communications, scope, change controls, and resource allocation.
β’ Innovate analytical methods, models, and insights; translate complex concepts into executive-ready documents.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and endorse executive-level recommendations and outputs.
β’ Achieve or surpass a 65% billable utilization target.
β’ Lead strategic initiatives, advocate for internal tools and knowledge repositories, and manage recruitment efforts.
β’ Supervise onboarding, development plans, learning pathways, and succession planning for team members.
β’ Spearhead major pursuits, craft proposals and statements of work, deepen senior client relationships, shape pipeline strategies, and project revenue and margin.
β’ Produce thought leadership content and represent IntegriChain at internal and external events, conferences, publications, and on social media.
β’ Bachelorβs degree.
β’ Ten to twelve years of experience in life sciences consulting or a similar field.
β’ Established history of managing large, multi-project engagements.
β’ Recognized expertise in the industry with strong executive connections.
β’ Demonstrated capability to scale teams, methodologies, and services.
β’ Proven success in business development and account expansion.
