This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Spearhead the development of the data innovation strategy and enterprise-wide data initiatives for Enterprise Analytics and Messaging Analytics.
• Establish and communicate the strategic vision for analytics teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external analysis vendors to enhance measurement, reporting, and sharing of insights.
• Evaluate analytical requirements, strategic alignment, market potential, financial benefits, and risk factors.
• Provide practical solutions during the initial stages of projects.
• Oversee the design, development, and upkeep of data models, dashboards, automation projects, and client-facing test/control measurement and reporting.
• Recommend and execute technology solutions to enhance data collection and utilization.
• Create client reporting and measurement solutions and deliverables.
• Identify scalable solutions for Rx Impact reporting and test/control impact analysis through statistical models applied to Claims data.
• Perform Claims-based analyses to determine optimal audiences and evaluate impact.
• Automate, refine, and scale NPI-based reporting infrastructure.
• Develop self-service data access solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide program insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Messaging Analytics.
• Build, lead, mentor, and train a team of data professionals.
• Cultivate cross-functional relationships, resolve conflicts, and establish priorities.
• Conduct candidate interviews, performance reviews, address performance issues, and manage staffing and workload distribution.
• Collaborate with Marketing Analytics, Business Development, and Product Development to translate business challenges into analytic questions and influence strategic decision-making.
• Present complex data analytics in a straightforward, clear, and impactful manner.
• Comply with company and client compliance standards, including SOC1, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA, ethical standards, and relevant laws.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in leading and managing an analytics team.
• At least 7 years of experience in marketing analytics within the health care/Life Sciences sector or analytics consulting.
• Experience in consulting and professional services management.
• In-depth understanding of data structures, business intelligence, advanced data science, and statistical modeling methods.
• Proficient in SQL, business intelligence tools, and statistical programming languages such as Python.
• Strong grasp of hiring practices and skill assessment in analytics and statistical programming fields.
• Competence in BI and statistical programming tools including SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
• Ability to adhere to ConnectiveRx’s information security and compliance programs, including SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in Life Sciences is advantageous.
• Agency experience is a plus.
