Digital UX Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop webpages, landing pages, layouts, and digital experiences for various websites and brands.

• Enhance navigation, customer journeys, and usability for both mobile and desktop platforms by applying UX/UI best practices.

• Streamline lead-generation processes, forms, search functionalities, and conversions to boost website performance.

• Analyze website engagement and user interactions to pinpoint and address friction points and opportunities for optimization.

• Oversee and manage CMS platforms, including plugins, integrations, forms, redirects, and user access.

• Diagnose website issues and assist in the ongoing consolidation, modernization, and enhancement of website performance.

• Collaborate with E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, and Content teams to enhance the online customer experience and content engagement.

• Ensure uniform web standards, functionality, and digital experiences across various brands and business units.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in website management, UX/UI, web design, or digital experience.

• Proficiency in managing websites within a CMS environment, including plugins, integrations, forms, hosting, and troubleshooting.

• Solid understanding of SEO, website performance metrics, and conversion optimization strategies.

• Experience in designing landing pages, webpage layouts, and captivating digital experiences.

• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Background in an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or technical B2B environment is advantageous.
