Digital Transformation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identify and articulate business requirements to gain a deeper understanding of client expectations.

• Engage in and facilitate meetings with clients to clarify expectations, challenges, and goals.

• Assist clients in formulating innovative strategies for customer engagement and digital initiatives.

• Oversee customer and digital transformation projects, encompassing strategic plans for customer engagement, digital initiatives, and marketing, as well as customer-oriented transformation efforts and new business models.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, and Architects/Developers to actualize customer and digital transformation initiatives.

• Generate analyses and recommendations at critical phases of projects.

• Perform benchmarking, establish use cases, execute action plans, and create RACI matrices.

• Facilitate business and service transformations from the development stage through to implementation.

• Conduct research, benchmarking, presentations, and commercial proposals to foster team growth.

• Enhance industry knowledge and engage in continuous professional development.

• Identify and specify business needs to improve understanding of client expectations.

• Engage in and lead client meetings to collaboratively define expectations, challenges, and objectives of the project.

• Capability to assist clients in creating innovative customer and digital strategies as well as managing transformation programs.

• Proficient in collaborating with Project Managers, Designers, and Architects/Developers.

• Conduct analyses, provide recommendations, and execute studies and benchmarking.

• Commitment to business intelligence and ongoing learning through training in new methodologies and practices, including UX, Agile, BCase, and others.
