This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement PowerBI, Tableau, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other digital solutions to enhance efficiency and improvement within the Business Group.

• Promote and advocate for Amcor to foster customer growth, seize opportunities, and strengthen a unified culture.

• Align with and support continuous improvement initiatives for plant and business group operations.

• Create, develop, and sustain digital systems for manufacturing processes and key performance indicators.

• Uphold best-practice standards aimed at reducing variation and waste while enhancing safety, quality, and service.

• Drive change and optimize digital platforms, ensuring their sustainability.

• Maintain active accountability systems to measure input and outcome KPIs.

• Collaborate with the CI Team and cross-functional teams within AFCD to create, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards, reports, and data models.

• Develop additional operating model management practices, skills, and tools as requirements arise.

• Elevate the organization’s digital competencies through training, coaching, and development of team members.

• Support safety, quality, finance, production, and operations via digital platforms.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong capability to create, maintain, and optimize new data models.

• Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards.

• Proficiency in PowerBI, with a preference for developer/architect experience.

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Tableau, Cognos, JDE, and digital systems.

• Ability to analyze complex data sets and troubleshoot issues effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, computer engineering, IT, or data science.

• Willingness to travel (25%).
