This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop and nurture relationships with executive-level decision makers within Candescent’s current client portfolio.
• Create strategic alliances that enhance client retention, renewal, and revenue growth through additional products and services.
• Oversee a portfolio of about 15 digital banking clients for Candescent in the Western U.S.
• Meet assigned revenue targets associated with client retention and growth.
• Manage a specified book of business through account planning, product expansion, and collaborative client strategies.
• Engage with executive stakeholders in a consultative manner to align digital strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, onsite as needed, to assess outcomes and uncover new opportunities.
• Inform clients of the business implications of Candescent’s digital banking products and services.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and recommendations that drive revenue and product adoption.
• Negotiate renewals, products, and services while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to contracts.
• Work in collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and implementation teams to guarantee effective delivery and client success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and represent Candescent at trade shows, conferences, and client gatherings.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in the financial services or technology software industry in a sales and/or account management role with proven revenue achievements.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with executives up to the C-level.
• Familiarity with the banking or credit union sector—either as a practitioner or vendor partner.
• Expertise in consultative, solutions-oriented selling and strategic account management.
• Capacity to manage multiple client initiatives and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Proven ability to work independently from a remote setting.
• Experience in selling or managing SaaS/PaaS software solutions.
• Remote work environment.
• Quarterly business reviews may take place onsite when necessary.
