Digital Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee video projects from initiation to final delivery

• Monitor timelines, revisions, and project outcomes

• Conduct quality assurance on finished videos, focusing on pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting

• Offer clear and constructive feedback for revisions to video editors

• Keep project workflows and communication organized within the team

• Proficient in both written and spoken English

• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong abilities in project coordination and time management

• Capable of spotting errors, inconsistencies, and missing information

• Proficient in managing several projects and deadlines autonomously

• Comfortable in a dynamic remote work environment

• Preferred: Experience in video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency work, or performance marketing
