This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Propel profitable digital expansion, enhance consumer involvement, and increase customer loyalty via paid media, social, search, email, and lifecycle marketing channels.
• Create, oversee, and refine paid media campaigns on social media advertising platforms, Google Ads, and other digital avenues.
• Foster brand recognition, boost traffic, improve conversion rates, and ensure efficient return on ad spend.
• Collaborate with contractors and platform representatives to strategize media investments, manage budgets, explore new opportunities, and guarantee timely, budget-conscious campaign execution.
• Review campaign performance daily and suggest enhancements concerning audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative assets, landing pages, and channel distribution.
• Oversee email marketing strategy, calendar implementation, segmentation, testing, and reporting throughout the customer journey.
• Develop and enhance retention programs, automated workflows, repeat purchase initiatives, loyalty programs, win-back efforts, and tailored messaging strategies.
• Work alongside creative, brand, e-commerce, and data teams to ensure email and retention initiatives are consumer-focused, brand-consistent, and performance-oriented.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on metrics such as traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, engagement, retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
• Direct A/B testing and ongoing enhancements across ad creative, audience segments, subject lines, email content, landing pages, and customer experiences.
• Assist in integrated campaign planning by aligning digital media, email, content, creative, and promotional priorities across both internal and external collaborators.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 3+ years of pertinent work experience in digital marketing, paid media, email marketing, CRM, retention, or e-commerce.
• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Practical experience in managing paid social and Google Ads campaigns with measurable performance objectives.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, segmentation, automation, retention strategies, and lifecycle campaign execution.
• Background in consumer packaged goods, food, beverage, or natural products is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
