This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, relevance, revenue growth, and user engagement.
• Facilitate modern storytelling, omnichannel activation, and audience-centric digital experiences.
• Ensure that digital initiatives adhere to brand standards, commercial priorities, and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital platforms, live events, content creation, public relations, and field channels.
• Oversee social media channels, manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and audience engagement efforts.
• Cultivate digital communities and create content and programs that promote advocacy, participation, user-generated content, and sustained engagement.
• Coordinate with creators, influencers, ambassadors, and strategic partnerships.
• Implement full-funnel demand generation campaigns utilizing paid media, search, social media, retargeting, email, SMS, and nurturing automation.
• Optimize targeting, media efficiency, landing pages, conversion strategies, and pipeline return on investment.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance lead quality, follow-up speed, and funnel conversion rates.
• Track campaign performance using metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), and sourced or influenced revenue.
• Execute initiatives for SEO, GEO, and LLM discoverability.
• Enhance content architecture, metadata, authority signals, and organic acquisition performance.
• Monitor search trends, competitor activities, and emerging channels.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite campaign execution, streamline content workflows, and gain optimization insights.
• Develop nurture, retention, reactivation, and advocacy programs.
• Create segmented journeys and automated communications across email, SMS, and CRM touchpoints.
• Assist in lead-to-opportunity-to-customer lifecycle processes.
• Manage website, microsite, and landing page strategies with a focus on UX/UI, conversion rate optimization, and lead capture.
• Direct A/B testing, personalization, and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Construct dashboards for KPIs, attribution, pipeline, revenue impact, and campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee CRM and marketing automation systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, and related platforms.
• Ensure successful integrations, campaign management, lead routing, database quality, segmentation, and reporting accuracy.
• Assess technologies, AI-powered tools, and supplementary applications.
• Translate performance data into strategic and investment recommendations.
• Report directly to the Director of Digital.
• Provide mentorship to peers and other departments as needed; no direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least four (4) years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or related functions.
• Proven experience managing paid media, CRM, automation, analytics, website optimization, and lead generation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns and marketing systems with measurable results.
• Strong expertise in paid media, SEM, GDN, SEO, GEO, CRM, automation, analytics, and both organic and paid social platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of community-driven growth, creator ecosystems, and content performance.
• Data-driven mindset with the capability to transform insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Commercial mindset centered on growth, efficiency, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Experience with AI tools and modern digital technologies is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and support events outside of standard business hours.
• Experience in medical devices, aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% for business purposes, including some weekends.
• Remote position.
• Occasional travel to corporate headquarters in Chicago may be necessary.
