Online Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement online marketing initiatives

• Develop and enhance social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn

• Produce and refine content, including posts, blog entries, and case studies

• Play a role in shaping content strategy and brand identity

• Formulate and execute lead generation tactics

• Track and improve campaign effectiveness, covering KPIs and conversion metrics

• Assist in managing paid advertising efforts such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads

• Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems like HubSpot or similar tools

• Construct and oversee marketing funnels and automated workflows

• Design and manage email campaigns alongside lead nurturing strategies

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the CRM platform

• Collaborate closely with the sales team for lead evaluation

• Aid in the creation of materials to support sales efforts

• Work in tandem with sales and product development units

• Contribute to the expansion of NAIRON

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree or training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

• Initial experience (Junior) or several years of experience (Manager) in online marketing, social media (particularly LinkedIn), and content development

• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems like HubSpot

• Strong grasp of customer journeys and sales funnels

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven orientation

• Enthusiasm for AI, voice technology, and innovation

• Proficiency in German: business-fluent / native level

• Proficiency in English: very good written and spoken skills

• Preferred: Experience in B2B marketing

• Preferred: Knowledge of performance marketing

• Preferred: Experience with tools like Google Analytics or LinkedIn Campaign Manager

• Candidates must reside in Greece
