This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Upload and format new web pages within HubSpot, while performing basic backend updates to existing pages, including schema markup.

• Assist with SEO tasks such as conducting metadata audits, performing internal linking checks, and managing redirect cleanups.

• Facilitate daily social media activities across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Hub, and Meta, which includes graphic design and backend updates.

• Contribute to internal communication initiatives by creating office presentations, newsletters, and organizing lunch-and-learn sessions.

• Offer general administrative support to the department as needed.

• Organize files and oversee the maintenance of the asset library.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time college student in their Junior or Senior year, or a graduate by the end of Spring 2027.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capability to prioritize tasks and manage workload across multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail relevant to all marketing activities.

• Outstanding analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Capacity to work independently and efficiently on multiple concurrent projects, collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners/vendors.

• Experience in creating web pages or a strong willingness to learn quickly.

• Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• A genuine passion for sustainability and environmental issues.
