Digital Illustrator – Slot Game Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design illustrated assets for slot games, which include symbols, characters, backgrounds, frames, and feature visuals.

• Create artwork that enhances gameplay clarity, narrative storytelling, and player interaction.

• Transform art direction and style guidelines into cohesive, production-ready illustrations.

• Prepare layered files and tidy assets for animation, implementation, and export processes.

• Collaborate with animators, UI designers, and producers to ensure that assets function seamlessly within the game.

• Utilize generative AI tools for brainstorming, concept development, or asset creation while upholding artistic quality and consistency.

• Revise artwork based on feedback, performance factors, and game balance requirements.

• Occasionally assist in creating marketing or promotional visuals related to game launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional illustration skills with a strong grasp of composition, color, lighting, and clarity.

• Proven experience in creating art tailored for games, ideally slot games or casual mobile games.

• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Knowledge of generative AI tools and their responsible, effective integration into a production art workflow.

• Capability to work in a range of styles, from stylized and whimsical to refined and high-end.

• Familiarity with asset organization, naming conventions, and production workflows.

• Comfort in working from briefs, references, and established brand aesthetics.

• Keen attention to detail and consistency throughout asset collections.

• Experience with slot game mechanics and common features (preferred).

• Knowledge of Spine, After Effects, or preparation of assets suitable for animation (preferred).

• Understanding of mobile performance constraints and optimization techniques (preferred).

• Experience in working with licensed IP or regulated gaming products (preferred).
