This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Formulate product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and release schedules aligned with client goals and user requirements.
β’ Spearhead discovery processes, which include stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements gathering, and mapping user journeys.
β’ Specify product requirements, create user stories, establish acceptance criteria, define MVP scope, and prepare necessary documentation.
β’ Assess product decisions based on customer value, business priorities, technical limitations, and healthcare regulations.
β’ Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders to comprehend workflows and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
β’ Identify requirements for integrating with EHR systems, healthcare applications, APIs, and associated data services.
β’ Create and document integration workflows, data exchanges, API usage, and anticipated system behaviors.
β’ Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and implementation teams throughout the development and delivery phases.
β’ Offer product guidance to development teams, addressing inquiries, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
β’ Confirm delivered functionality with users and stakeholders, utilizing feedback, testing, and product data to inform improvements.
β’ Work in conjunction with client and market teams to ensure alignment of initiatives with overarching product and go-to-market strategies.
β’ Act as a knowledgeable partner for clients, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in product management.
β’ Proven track record in leading products or significant product initiatives from discovery through to development, launch, and iteration.
β’ Hands-on experience with EHR integrations, healthcare systems, or healthcare interoperability.
β’ Knowledge of APIs, application integrations, and data exchange among enterprise systems.
β’ Insight into healthcare workflows, healthcare data, or technology utilized by healthcare organizations.
β’ Experience collaborating directly with software engineering and UX teams.
β’ Excellent skills in defining requirements, prioritizing tasks, and documenting products.
β’ Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
β’ Confidence in facilitating discussions with clients, executives, subject matter experts, and technical teams.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capability to work autonomously, make decisions with limited information, and adapt to changing client priorities.
β’ Experience with healthcare SaaS products, clinical or patient data, enterprise healthcare organizations, or professional services is highly desirable.
β’ Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or related Microsoft technologies is a plus, though not mandatory.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.
β’ Required to reside and perform work within the United States.
