This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee customer inquiries through phone, email, or video calls.
• Assist clients with questions regarding vehicle rentals, pickups, and reservation closures.
• Confirm customer details and provide necessary assistance.
• Deliver technical support during key pickups and resolve self-service issues.
• Work in conjunction with SIXT branches across various countries.
• Drive additional sales and enhancements through calls.
• Enthusiastic about customer service and mobility solutions.
• Proficient in German and English; knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch is advantageous.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to comprehend and anticipate client needs.
• Excellent communication skills to foster understanding and collaboration.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment, including availability for night shifts.
• Skillful in collaborating effectively with team members in an international setting.
• Quick at identifying issues and suggesting effective solutions to maintain service continuity and customer satisfaction.
