This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and implement ACLED's growth strategy across essential channels, concentrating on pipeline development and audience growth.
• Construct and enhance multi-channel campaigns aimed at boosting engagement, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Develop and refine lead-generation and nurturing funnels in collaboration with the sales team.
• Create campaigns centered around ACLED products and initiatives.
• Manage the email marketing program, which includes newsletters, nurture sequences, and campaign distributions.
• Segment audiences and tailor messaging accordingly.
• Establish automated workflows and lead scoring within CRM and automation platforms.
• Experiment with and optimize subject lines, content, and campaign frequency using performance metrics.
• Oversee the strategy and operational execution of industry events, webinars, and virtual roundtables.
• Identify themes, speakers, and target audiences for events.
• Promote webinars, manage registration, increase attendance, and facilitate post-event conversions.
• Repurpose webinar content into sustainable content assets.
• Handle event promotion, logistics, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with sales on pre- and post-event engagement strategies.
• Convert ACLED's data products and insights into compelling value propositions and messaging.
• Assist in product launches, feature rollouts, and positioning across targeted segments.
• Create sales materials, including one-pagers, presentations, and case studies.
• Ensure messaging consistency across research, analysis, and revenue teams.
• Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance across email, events, webinars, and digital platforms.
• Identify trends, optimize campaigns, and enhance return on investment (ROI).
• Develop reporting frameworks aligned with growth and revenue objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in marketing and digital roles.
• Proven ability to identify target audiences and spearhead campaigns that engage, educate, and inspire action.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
• Strong intellectual curiosity regarding the product and an understanding of customer motivations.
• A vested interest in conflict prevention initiatives and comprehension of the international landscape.
• Familiarity with contemporary digital growth strategies and industry best practices.
• Solid understanding of website analytics tools.
• Proficient in automation and CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
• Experience in establishing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
• Comfortable with numerical data, metrics, figures, and spreadsheets.
• Aesthetic sensibility and strong corporate communication/copywriting skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel globally for client meetings, industry events, and organizational activities (15%).
• CV must showcase at least three examples of campaign or digital marketing projects, detailing role, audience, channels, and success metrics.
• Proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, French, and/or Arabic) is advantageous.
• Fully remote work setup.
